Open Google Chrome.
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner, select
Settings
.
On the left, click on
Privacy and security
.
In the main area, click on
Site Settings
.
At the bottom of the
Permissions
section, click on
Additional permissions
to expand the options, click on
Protocol handlers
.
Make sure
Sites can ask to handle protocols
is selected.
Open your school email and on the far right of the address bar will be the icon to install the handler
, click on it, select
Allow
and then
Done
.
