How do I check my voicemail?

Web Portal

• Sign into your account on plattsburgh.zoom.us
• Along the left click on Phone
• In the main area of the page, select Voicemail & Videomail

Assigned Poly Desk Phone

• Press the physical home button(located to the right of the direction pad)
• Use the directional pad to select messages.
• Press the accept button in the middle of the directional pad.
• Press the button under the Select option on the screen.
• Use the direction pad to select the different options(Urgent, New, Old)
• Press the button under the Connect option to play voice mails in the selected category.

From Another Phone Line

• This feature must be enabled before it can be accessed
  • Log into your Zoom portal on plattsburgh.zoom.us
  • Click on the Phone option along the left side of the page
  • In the main area of the page, click on Settings
  • Scroll down to the Call Handling section.
  • Under When a call is not answered drop down, check the box next to Allow callers to check voicemail​​​​​​​
  • Click Save
  • Your pin to check voice mail can be found further down the page next to the PIN Code setting, click Show or Edit to view the pin.
• After enabling the feature to check voicemail by calling
  • Call your phone number from another line
  • When you receive the audio prompt to leave a voicemail or check voicemails, press the corresponding key to enter a code
  • Enter your pin and press the pound # key.
  • Press 1 to listen to voicemails.
