Passwords can be set or reset on pwm.plattsburgh.edu. If you currently have a password and want to change it, you can sign in with your NetID and password then use the option 'Change Password'. If you do not currently know your password you can use the link 'Set or Reset Password', Enter your NetID, verify you have access to the email the security code will be sent to and click 'Continue'.
The email will be from noreply@plattsburgh.edu and the subject will be 'Forgotten Password Verification'. You can use the code in the email on the pwm.plattsburgh.edu page or use the link in the email to set your password.
If you do not have your password or access to the alternate email the school has on file for resetting your password, you will need to give the ITS Helpdesk a call at 518-564-4433.
