1. Locate and make a note of the printer's six digit Symquest tag number.
2. On your office PC, open the folder PSU Shortcuts on the desktop
3. In the window that opens, open Helpdesk Tools.
4. Double Click Find Plattsburgh Office Printers.
5. The printers are named after their Symquest numbers, locate the printer you wish to add to your PC and double click to install it.
