How do I use Perceptive Content with Human Resources Information System(HRMS)

Using Perceptive Content with HRMS is slightly different than when scrapping data from Banner, use the following tips to successfully scrape information from HRMS to Perceptive Content documents.

  • Scraping from the HRMS system only works with the Firefox web browser.
  • Make sure to have the page open in a Firefox browser tab with the correct user information
  • It is best to not have HRMS pages open in the Chrome web browser as the system will attempt to scrap from that browser before Firefox, resulting in slow performance and/or errors.
  • If you experience slow scraping performance make sure to reduce the number of browser tabs you have open as the process checks your browser tabs for the correct web page.
