Printer Setup
To print and fold booklets, either paper drawer 1 or paper drawer 2(top two paper drawers) must have paper setup as LT-R, this is regular 8.5"x11" paper in the drawer sideways. The images below show the configuration the paper drawer must have in order for the printer to detect LT-R. Make sure the mechanism to align the paper is lined up with LG/LT-R and the two green plastic blocks are in the corresponding location.
Print Settings on the PC
The proper settings are only available for the SUNY Print B&W Advanced and the SUNY Print Color print queues. For a successful print be sure to use the settings in the following images(for folding and stapling). To access the advanced printer settings on the application's print menu, select the Printer Properties in Office programs or Properties in Acrobat. It is recommended to do a single print and make sure everything looks correct before executing a large print job.
