How do I email my entire class?

Class email lists are created for all courses/sections every semester. The format for a class email is An example email would be

The course would be the full course name with section, for example ABC121a

The termcode is the year the course takes place with the semester code. A course in the fall of 2022 would have a termcode of 202240 because fall is represented by '40'. The four semester codes are:

10 - Winter

20 - Spring

30 - Summer

40 - Fall

Class emails are part of the global directory, so they will be recommended as you start typing out the address. If you teach the same course over multiple semesters make sure to select the address with the correct termcode, previous semester addresses can be saved to your personal contact lists and be recommended as you type out the address.
