How do I access a delegate email account?

1. In your preferred web browser, open your school email on email.plattsburgh.edu.

2. Click on the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page with the red SUNY Plattsburgh logo.

3. Click on the delegate account listed in the menu that opens. A new browser tab will open to the delegate account. If you had gmail open when the access change was completed, you may need to refresh the web page before the account will be available.
