Once you have been granted access to ArcGIS Online, login at plattsburgh.maps.arcgis.com using your campus credentials. See below for assistance
If there is no SUNY Plattsburgh button, it should have an “Enter Your Organizations URL” option, select that:
Enter plattsburgh so the complete URL is plattsburgh.maps.arcgis.com
Click Continue, this should bring you to the familiar SUNY Plattsburgh login page:
