How do I change my Zoom voicemail?

This is a quick reference to change your Zoom voicemail greeting. This can only be achieved through the Zoom Web Portal referenced in the instructions.

Setting up Zoom Voicemail

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click on Phone from the side menu.
3. Click the Settings tab at the top of the screen.
4. In the Call Handling section, under When a call is not answered, click the dropdown menu and select the Forward to voicemail/videomail option.
5. Under the Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction section, use the Default audio, or click Edit, then select one of the following:
   • Add Audio: Add an audio greeting.
     • Enter an Asset Name and Message to Play.
   • Choose from Asset Library: Choose an audio greeting if you have multiple greeting messages set up in your audio library.
