How do I forward my Zoom phone calls?

Desktop App

• Click your user icon along the top of the application window.
• In the menu that opens, click Forward calls
• If you want to forward calls to another number:
  • Select name or number
  • In the Forwarding contact field enter the number to forward calls to.
  • In the Forwarding duration field, select the time period to forward your received calls.
  • Click Save
• If you want to forward to voice mail:
  • Select Voicemail / videomail
  • Select your voicemail greeting if you do not want to use your default greeting
  • In the Forwarding duration field, select the time period to forward your received calls.
  • Click Save

Mobile App

• Click the More option.
• Under Settings, click Phone
• Click Forward calls
• If you wish to forward to another Zoom contact:
  • Select Forward to a name or extension
  • Click Forwarding contact and select who to forward calls to
  • Click Forwarding duration and select the amount of time to forward calls for. 
  • Click Enable
• If you wish to forward to an external phone number:
  • Select Forward to an external number
  • Click Number and enter the phone number with area code, click Save
  • Click Forwarding duration and select the amount of time to forward calls for. 
  • Click Enable
• If you wish to forward to voicemail:
  • Select Forward to voicemail / videomail
  • Select the desired greeting if you have more than the default
  • Click Forwarding duration and select the amount of time to forward calls for. 
  • Click Enable

Handset

• Click the button under the More option on the screen
• Click the button under Forward on the screen
• Use the phone's directional pad to select the forwarding type you wish to modify, click the button under Select on the screen.
  • Always - Forwards all incoming calls until disabled.
  • No Answer - Only forwards calls that are not answered
  • Busy - Only forwards calls when your Zoom account is set to 'Busy'
• After selecting the forwarding type, enter the phone number to forward to and click the button under Enable on the screen.
